GoTo Plus takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a
secure way. To change or cancel your reservation please use the contact us form on
for assistance. If you choose to contact the Hotel
directly the options they can offer you will limited to the terms you agreed to when making the original reservation. If you wish to cancel your reservation the booking
fee is non refundable. The booking fee, first night or price of the accommodation may still be charged depending on the policy of the individual hotel that you agreed to
at the time of making the reservation. Please see hotel cancellation policy under the heading "Hotel Policies" above.
SCOPE OF TERMS
These terms and conditions govern all reservations made through the Hotels online reservation system powered by Occupancy Plus.
By completing this reservation you accept and agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your party.
SECURE RESERVATION PROCESSING
This online service utilizes an advances reservation solution called Occupancy Plus. Although the reservation solution is provided by Occupancy Plus your reservation is
being entered directly into the hotels reservation system and at the Hotels own rates. Occupancy Plus is a division of GoTo Plus.
OccupancyPlus.com and goto.plus are amongst the hundreds of domain names owned and operated by GoTo Plus, Times Square Complex, Rizal Avenue, Subic Bay Freeport
Zone, Philippines hereafter "GoTo Plus". Reservations using the Occupancy Plus solution may be via owned by the hotels own website, websites owned by GoTo Plus or those of
("the Terms") and you expressly consent and agree to be bound by the Terms and all applicable laws and regulations that govern this Sites and your booking. References to
"accommodation providers" means the owner/providers of the hotels, apartments, villas and other accommodation of any description featured on these websites and
"accommodation" means the accommodation including all facilities and services advertised on the Sites that GoTo Plus has agreed to arrange in connection with your confirmed
booking. Affiliates are third parties who, in agreement with GoTo Plus, distribute GoTo Plus hotel rooms to their customers.
GoTo Plus acts as a reservation solution provider only in respect of all bookings GoTo Plus makes on your behalf. GoTo Plus undertakes no responsibility for, and are not liable
for, the misrepresentations, breaches of contract, breaches of statutory duty or negligence of any of the accommodation providers and other suppliers of services who sell
their products and services through us. This means that in the event of you suffering personal injury, illness or death as a result of any act or omission of an
accommodation provider or other supplier of services (or their employees or agents) or you having any complaint about the quality of the services provided or having any
other complaint at all, your sole right of redress will be against the independent third party who provided such service and GoTo Plus will be under no liability at all
(whether in contract, tort or otherwise howsoever). You accept that GoTo Plus has not in any way selected or assembled your travel arrangements for you. Your accommodation
arrangements are not a package and do not fall within the meaning of The package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992. By proceeding to book
accommodation and/or other services through the Sites, you accept that you will be entering into a contract with the accommodation provider on their standard terms and
conditions. If they are provided, GoTo Plus will endeavour (but undertake no liability to do so) to make copies of the accommodation provider's terms and conditions
available to you. You understand that GoTo Plus may not have conducted any quality or other checks on the accommodation providers and GoTo Plus makes no representations about
the suitability of the accommodation and/or services offered for sale through the Sites. The inclusion or offering for sale of an accommodation and/or services by GoTo Plus does not constitute an express or implied endorsement or recommendation by GoTo Plus of such accommodation or services. GoTo Plus does not guarantee the accuracy of, and
limit the liability of GoTo Plus for fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Where you, or any of the people that you are booking
on behalf of, are in breach of any of the provisions of these Terms or contravention of any laws or rights of a third party, GoTo Plus reserves the right to cancel your
booking without refund or compensation in any way and recover from you any costs incurred as a result of your behaviour.
SITES CONTENT, DOCUMENTATION AND BOOKING INFORMATION.
GoTo Plus may modify the content of the Sites and/or Terms at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified content and/or
Terms on the Sites and your continued use of or access to these websites will be deemed to indicate your acceptance of the modified content and/or Terms. Any information
placed on the Sites relating to hotels advertised on the Sites including, but without limitation, details of the hotel, the availability of rooms at the hotel, the price
of the rooms, the facilities available at the hotel, any accreditations afforded to the hotel and/or any details relating to any other services advertised on the Sites
have been placed on the Sites by accommodation and/or service providers who are independent businesses and are not agents or employees of GoTo Plus or its affiliates. Such
information does not constitute any advice or recommendation given by GoTo Plus and GoTo Plus shall not be held liable for inaccuracies or errors in the accommodation contents
or any of its elements. These independent businesses provide the services in accordance with their own terms and conditions which may limit or exclude their liability to
you. GoTo Plus and its affiliates are not liable for any acts, omissions, breaches or negligence of any such independent businesses or any damages or expenses resulting from
the aforesaid. GoTo Plus and its affiliates are not liable for any refunds in the event of overbooking or force majeure or any other cause beyond their control. As GoTo Plus acts only as a booking agent GoTo Plus will have no responsibility for any errors in any documentation except where those errors were made by GoTo Plus.
To confirm a booking, you must be authorised to make the booking by all persons named on the booking and their parent or guardian for all party members who are under 18
when the booking is made. By making the booking, you are confirming that all persons named on the booking accept the Terms and that you will inform the other persons named
on the booking of the confirmation details and any other appropriate information. By making the booking you also become responsible for making all payments due under the
booking. GoTo Plus will confirm your booking and issue you with an email confirmation. GoTo Plus will not deduct any money from your credit card. The accommodation or other
service provider with which you enter into a contract will take payment. In the event that you call GoTo Plus by telephone, or are called by GoTo Plus regarding your booking,
calls may be recorded for monitoring and training purposes. In the event of a dispute regarding a booking, GoTo Plus reserves the right to review any call information.
IF YOU CANCEL, AMEND OR CHANGE A BOOKING
You may modify or cancel your booking at any time prior to your arrival date through the Sites. If you cancel or amend your booking, there may be a cancellation charge or
amendment fee levied by the accommodation or other service provider. In any event, if you fail to cancel or amend your booking in accordance with the provider's
cancellation or amendment policy, you will be charged a cancellation or amendment fee by the accommodation or other service provider. Further details of cancellation
policy are set out in the Sites, your confirmation email and are also shown on the hotel's room details page prior to you making a booking. If, for whatsoever reason, you
do not turn up at the accommodation on the arrival date stated on your booking confirmation email, without prior warning to GoTo Plus ("a no show"), this shall be considered
AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY
You warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity to use the Sites and to create a legally binding contract. You warrant that all personal
information submitted during accommodation booking is correct and you accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account. You hereby
authorise GoTo Plus to process all Personal Information about you and the persons named on the booking that has been obtained in connection with your booking. Personal
information shall be deemed to include, but not be limited to: any telephone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, addresses of residences, signatures, ID or passport
copies, or any other information belonging to you or your group. The Personal Information that GoTo Plus collects shall be obtained, processed and transmitted in compliance
CRIBS (US) / COTS (UK)
Please advise at the time of booking if you require a cot or crib, in order to give this information to the accommodation provider; however, GoTo Plus cannot guarantee this
request will be met. Such request will be subject to availability and if the accommodation is unable to meet any such request, neither GoTo Plus, nor the accommodation, will
have any liability to you in this respect. This request may only be available at an additional cost unless otherwise expressly stated in the description of the
accommodation provider, and if any additional cost is applicable this should be paid by you direct to the accommodation provider.
BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
GoTo Plus is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to any particular destination. The Government of your country may help travellers stay safe
overseas. Check with your government for the latest advice on conditions and general information concerning specific countries. It is your responsibility to ensure you
have the relevant travel and health documents before departure for the country you are visiting, which shall include, but is not limited to, any inoculations that may be
required, identification and passport. GoTo Plus shall not be liable for any expense incurred resulting from your missing, incomplete or incorrect documentation or any
non-compliance with requirements.
You are strongly advised to take out adequate travel insurance prior to arriving in your destination. It is your responsibility to check you have adequate insurance cover.
The insurance should cover, amongst other things, the cost of cancellation by you, personal losses, all medical costs and the costs of assistance including return to the
your country of residence in the event of an accident or illness.
GoTo Plus will not be liable for any changes, cancellation, effect on your booking, loss or damage suffered by you or for any failure by the accommodation providers and/or
GoTo Plus to perform or properly perform any of our respective obligations to you which is due to any event(s) or circumstance(s) if the non performance is caused by force
majeure. By way of example force majeure includes, but is not limited to, war, revolution, terrorist act, closure of borders, epidemic, natural catastrophe or other causes
that seriously affect both parties and other unforeseeable causes beyond GoTo Plus's control.
COMPLAINTS OR ISSUES WITH YOUR ACCOMMODATION
In the unlikely event that you have reason to complain or experience any problems with your accommodation please inform the accommodation reception staff or management
immediately, to enable them to take appropriate action.
Currency rates are based on various publicly available sources and are only updated daily; as such they cannot be guaranteed as completely accurate and should be used as
guidelines only. Actual rates may vary and you may wish to verify these with a qualified professional.
LEGISLATION AND COURTS OF JURISDICTION
This agreement will be governed by Philippine law and any disputes will be dealt with by the Philippine courts.
To protect both parties, Government mandated discount such as Senior Citizen Discount and other type of discount shall not be applicable for online bookings. To obtain a
Senior Citizen Discount, the senior citizen must present him-self at the hotel at the time of the booking for the necessary document(s) to be verified. Please provide the
An identification card issued by the Office of the Senior Citizen Affairs (OSCA) of the place where the senior citizen resides: Provided, That the identification
card issued by the particular OSCA shall be honored nationwide.
The passport of the senior citizen concerned.
Other documents that establish that the senior citizen is a citizen of the Republic and is at least sixty (60) years of age as further provided in the implementing
rules and regulations.
Presenting these documents at checkout after consuming services at a previously agreed rate will not be honored.
